摘要
目的:探讨新冠疫情背景下情景模拟工作坊教学法是否有助于提高在校护生共情能力。方法:在我校护理学院2017级28、29班中随机抽取28班作为对照组,以常态化教学法进行护理心理学中“临床常见疾病患者的心理护理”部分内容教学,29班作为实验组,通过情景模拟工作坊教学法进行同一部分内容教学。结果:开展护理心理学中“临床常见疾病患者的心理护理”部分教学前,两组护生共情能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);课程结束后两组护生共情能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新冠疫情背景下情景模拟工作坊教学法有助于提高在校护生的共情能力,有效提升了护生的岗位胜任力。
Objective: To explore whether the scenario simulation workshop teaching method can improve nursing students’ empathy ability in the context of COVID-19.Methods: Class 29 was randomly selected as the experimental group in class 28 and 29 of Grade 2017,which was taught in the scenario simulation workshop teaching method in the course of psychological nursing of patients with common clinical diseases of “Nursing Psychology”.Class 28 was the control group and was taught in the general mode.Results: There was no significant difference in the ability of empathy between the two groups before the course of psychological nursing of patients with common clinical diseases of “Nursing Psychology”(P>0.05).After the course was carried out in different teaching methods, the difference in empathy ability between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Scenario simulation workshop teaching method is helpful to improve nursing students’ empathy ability, and effectively improve nursing students’ competency in the context of COVID-19.
