摘要
目的:探讨“四维一体”双向评价模型在新护士规范化培训中的实施及效果评价。方法:从人员、教学方法、临床查房和查体、考核方法4个维度出发,实施“四维一体”规范化培训,通过客观结构化临床考核3项内容通过率、护士接受培训的满意度等指标进行结果比较。结果:实验组护士理论考核通过率、技能考核通过率、Min-CEX通过率及对培训安排、效果评价、导师评价、接纳程度等4个维度满意度均高于对照组,结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:相比传统的规范化培训模式,“四维一体”双向评价模型的创新性、新颖性和实践性更强,更关注新护士的心理状态以及培养阶段的形成性观察,可以为新护士规范化培训提供借鉴。
Objective: To explore the implementation and evaluation of the four in one two-way evaluation model in the standardized training of new nurses.Methods: Implementing four in one standardized training from four dimensions: personnel, teaching methods, clinical room and body check, and assessment methods.Comparison of results by objective structured clinical assessment of three content pass rate, satisfaction of nurses receiving training and other indicators.Conclusion: Nurses in the new model had higher pass rates for theory assessment(99.05% vs.97.70%),skill assessment(97.62% vs.92.82%),Min-CEX(95.24% vs.89.96%),and nurses’ satisfaction with training arrangements, effectiveness evaluation, instructor evaluation, and acceptance, and the results were statistically different(P<0.05).Results: Compared with the traditional standardized training model, the four in one two-way evaluation model is more innovative, novel and practical, and pays more attention to the psychological state of new nurses and the formative observation of the training stage, which can provide reference for the training of medical talents, especially the standardized training of new nurses.
