摘要
国家级生态气象业务起步于2004年,经过近20a的不断发展,建立了以生态机理模型为核心的系列化生态气象业务技术体系,支持国家级和省级业务单位开展生态气象服务。未来15a,将围绕国家生态保护和修复重大工程、促进绿水青山变为金山银山等对气象服务的需求,研发“监测精密、预报精准、服务精细”的生态气象业务技术,建立全国“三精”生态气象监测-预报预警-评估一体化业务技术体系,服务生态文明建设,助力建设美丽中国。
The national ecological meteorological operation was launched in 2004, and after nearly 20 years of continuous development, a series of ecological meteorological operation technology systems with an ecological mechanism model as their core has been established to support the national and provincial departments to carry out ecological meteorological services. In the next 15 years, we will develop “precise monitoring, accurate forecast,and fine service” ecological meteorological operation technology according to the demand for meteorological services including national ecological protection and restoration projects, and promoting the transformation of clear waters and green mountains into valuable assets. A national integrated “three-precision”technology system for ecological meteorological monitoring, forecasting and early warning, and evaluation will be established to further serve the construction of ecological civilization and help build a beautiful China.
