Cadres are the backbone for advancing the cause of the Party and the country. Assessing and judging of cadres is of great significance to the construction of a high-quality professional cadre team. Cadre education and training is a platform for cadres to learn and practice. Based on a deep understanding of the core connotation of the conditions for selecting and appointing cadres, this paper analyzes the practical significance of assessing and judging cadres in education and training, and discusses the implementation path of assessing and judging cadres in education and training from three aspects: systematic training program construction, scientific assessment and efficiency improvement.
