摘要
高职教师职称评审权下放是深化职称制度改革的重要举措。但评审权的下放后,高职院校普遍存在评价标准杂而不精、评审形式一成不变、评聘结果终身制、评审监督主体与监督职责不明确的现实困境,需要进一步建立多元分类的评价体系,健全多元主体评价模式,推动职称评聘分离制度,完善职称评审监督管理机制,评聘出真正适岗人才。
The devolution of teachers’ professional title evaluation in higher vocational college is an important initiative to deepen the reform of the title system. However, for higher education institutions, such common problems exist during the devolution of the evaluation authority as numerous evaluation criteria, rigid evaluation form, the life-long tenure of evaluation results and the unspecified supervision body and supervision duties of the evaluation, etc. It is necessary to further establish an evaluation system with diverse classification, improve the evaluation mode of diverse subjects, promote the system of separation of title evaluation and appointment, and refine the supervision and management mechanism of title evaluation in order to appoint the real talents suitable for the posts.
