摘要
女性型脱发(FPHL)是导致女性脱发的重要原因,表现为头顶、双侧颞部弥漫性脱发,严重影响患者美观、自信心。然而目前FPHL的发病机制仍存在争议,且治疗方法非常有限。近年来越来越多研究发现内分泌紊乱与FPHL关系紧密,表现为机体内分泌腺体如性腺、甲状腺、胰腺、垂体、肾上腺等及其关键分泌激素参与FPHL的发生。本文将按照关键内分泌腺体及其分泌激素在FPHL中的作用及机制进行整体总结,为梳理FPHL发病机制提供帮助,并为临床靶向治疗提供依据。
Female pattern hair loss is an important cause of female pattern hair loss(FPHL),which manifests as diffuse hair loss on the crown of the head and bilateral temporal areas and seriously affects patients'aesthetics as well as self‑confidence.However,the pathogenesis of FPHL is still controversial and treatment options are very limited.More and more studies have found that endocrine disorders are closely related to FPHL,as shown by the involvement of the body's endocrine glands such as gonads,thyroid,pancreas,pituitary gland,adrenal glands and their key secretory hormones in the development of FPHL.In this paper,we will summarize the role and mechanism of key endocrine glands and their secreted hormones in FPHL as a whole,which will help to sort out the pathogenesis of FPHL and provide a basis for clinical targeting therapy.
