阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停与代谢综合征相关性研究现状

Research status of the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea and metabolic syndrome

代谢综合征是一组复杂的代谢紊乱症候群,其发生发展主要与劳动强度降低、运动量减少以及高脂肪、高碳水化合物膳食结构诱发的胰岛素抵抗等有关。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的特征是在睡眠过程中反复发生上呼吸道部分或完全阻塞,包括气流中断或明显减少,导致间歇低氧血症、频繁睡眠觉醒和反复出现血氧饱和度降低,影响正常睡眠节律,引起睡眠结构紊乱和打鼾。随着生活水平提高以及肥胖人群增多,存在代谢综合征和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的人群也随之增多。两者互相作用和互相影响。

Metabolic syndrome is a complex group of metabolic disorders.Its occurrence and development are mainly related to reduced labor intensity,reduced exercise volume,and insulin resistance induced by a high⁃fat and high⁃carbohydrate diet.Obstructive sleep apnea is characterized by repeated partial or complete obstruction of the upper airway during sleep,including interruption or significant reduction of airflow,leading to intermittent hypoxemia,frequent sleep awakenings,and repeated reductions in blood oxygen saturation,affecting normal sleep rhythm,causing disordered sleep structure and snoring.With the improvement of living standards and the increase of obese population,the number of people with metabolic syndrome and obstructive sleep apnea also increases.The two symptoms interact and influence each other.
