数字金融对绿色创新效率的影响路径 被引量:20

The Impact Path of Digital Finance on Green Innovation Efficiency

摘要 文章基于2011-2019年30个省(区、市)的平衡面板数据,运用双向固定效应模型实证检验了数字金融对绿色创新效率的影响及其内在作用机制。研究发现:①2011-2019年,数字金融与绿色创新效率增长迅速,但均存在一定的区域差异。②数字金融显著提升了绿色创新效率,且在东部、中部、西部的促进作用依次增强。③数字金融对绿色技术研发效率与绿色成果转化效率均有显著促进作用,数字金融对绿色成果转化效率的影响仅在中西部地区显著。④数字金融通过缓解金融错配或加速人力资本积累正向影响绿色创新效率,数字金融的金融错配缓解功能主要在中西部地区显著。 Based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2011 to 2019,this paper empirically examines the impact of digital finance on green innovation efficiency and its internal mechanism using a dual-way fixed effect model.The study found that:1)The efficiency of digital finance and the green innovation grew rapidly from 2011 to 2019,but there were certain regional differences.2)Digital finance has significantly improved the efficiency of green innovation,and its role in promoting the eastern,central and western regions has been enhanced in turn.3)Digital finance has significantly promoted the efficiency of green technology R&D and the efficiency of green achievements transformation.The impact of digital finance on the efficiency of green achievements transformation is only significant in the central and western regions.4)Digital finance has a positive impact on green innovation efficiency by mitigating the financial mismatch or accelerating the human capital accumulation.The financial mismatch mitigation function of digital finance is mainly significant in the central and western regions.
