灌输理论赋能高职课程思政的内在图式 被引量:1

摘要 灌输理论为高职课程思政提供了重要的理论指引。灌输要想顺畅,就要有可灌之源,还要有高度、有渠道。这就要求教师在高职课程思政教学中,既要有“势能”,即规范形态的求真澄明,把握好高职课程思政的“变”与“不变”;又要有“动能”,即从教育体系的职业教育性、专业体系的复杂性与课程体系的育人性等对课程所应秉承的教育理念和应倡导的价值取向的呼吁。基于此,将课程思政建设的核心变量——教师的师德师风和能力水平与课程思政赋能中的价值引导、价值再造等要素整合在一起,理顺彼此之间的演进逻辑,以期建构一个解释灌输理论赋能下的高职课程思政内在图式。 The instilling theory provides important theoretical guidance for curriculum ideology and politics in higher vocational colleges.If instilling needs to be smooth,there must be a source that can be instilled,as well as height and channels.This requires teachers not only to have“potential energy”,that is,the truth-seeking and clarification of normative forms,to grasp the“change”and“constant”of curriculum ideology and politics in higher vocational colleges,but also have“kinetic energy”,that is,from the vocational education of the education system,the complexity of the specialty system and the educational nature of the curriculum system,the curriculum should be adhering to the educational philosophy and the ideology that should be advocated and the response to the value orientation.Based on this,the core variables of curriculum ideological and political construction,that is,teachers’ethics and ability level are integrated with the elements of valuable guidance and value reconstruction in curriculum ideological and political empowerment,and straighten out the evolution logic of each other,so as to construct an internal schema of curriculum ideology and politics in higher vocational colleges under the empowerment of the instilling theory.
