基于差分进化算法的智能配载技术

摘要 为了提高船舶压载水配载效率,基于差分进化算法的智能配载技术以自由液面舱室数量最少和全船最大弯矩、剪力最小为协同优化目标,结合装载计算机运行数据,输出达到目标船舶姿态要求的配载方案。该算法通过输入船舶吃水、纵倾、横倾及可调整的压载水舱室组合,在满足稳性、总强度衡准要求的前提下求解船舶静水平衡方程组,针对满足目标姿态的解进行多目标迭代优化,最终输出达到目标姿态所需的各压载水舱的装载量。通过实船数据验证,该智能配载算法有着较好的收敛性和准确性,能自动生成满足实船应用的压载水配载方案。 In order to improve the efficiency of ship ballast water stowage,the intelligent stowage technique based on differential evolution algorithm aims to collaboratively minimize the number of slack tanks,the maximum bending moment and shear force so that the stowage scheme meeting the required ship attitude was obtained with the loading computer operation data.By inputting the draft,trim,heel,and adjustable ballast water tanks,the ship’s hydrostatic balance equations were solved on the premise of satisfying the requirements of stability and longitudinal strength.The multi-objective iterative optimization for the solution was performed to output the loading weight of each ballast water tank meeting the target ship attitude requirement.According to the verification on real ship data,the intelligent stowage algorithm was proved to have good convergency and accuracy,and could automatically generate ballast water stowage plan for real ship application.
