小型集装箱船脱硫系统应用

Application of SOxScrubber to Small-sized Container Vessels

安装脱硫系统是降低船舶硫氧化物排放的有效措施之一,小型集装箱在航程中进出港工况较多,烟囱空间有限,需对脱硫系统的选型和布置进行特殊考虑。同时小型集装箱船柴油机功率相对大型船舶较小,安装脱硫系统与直接使用低硫燃油方案相比是否更经济需要探讨。以脱硫系统在600冷箱集装箱船上的应用为例,通过对市场上不同类型脱硫系统的比较,指出混合式脱硫系统可在各种水域使用,更适合小型箱船。对脱硫系统应用的难点烟囱的布置、排气管与洗涤塔的连接、液舱的布置进行介绍。通过经济性分析,对高低硫油价差为50美元/t、100美元/t和200美元/t时脱硫系统的投资回报年限进行测算,结果显示在价差大于200美元/t时,脱硫系统可在较短的年限中回收初投资。

Appling SO_(x)scrubber is one of the approved performance technologies to reduce sulfur emission from ships.Working conditions of entry port and departure from port will play a big part in the whole voyage for small-sized container vessels.More attention should be paid to the selection of SO_(x)scrubber and its arrangement due to the limit space in the funnel of small-sized container vessels.In the meantime,as the engine power is much smaller compared with that of the large-sized container vessels,it is necessary to discuss whether SO_(x)scrubber or MGO is more economical.Based on the application of SO_(x)scrubber to the 600 FEU reefer container vessel,through comparing different scrubber systems in the market,it is found that the hybrid system is useable in all water area and more suitable for small-sized container vessels.The solutions to coping with the difficulties while applying SO_(x)scrubber were introduced,including funnel arrange,gas pipe connection with scrubber and relevant tanks.By economic analysis measures,the primary investment payback time based on difference between the price of high and low sulfur oil is 50$/t,100$/t and 200$/t was calculated,showing that while difference in price is more than 200$/t,the payback period is attractive.
