美墨火车滚装船电气设计特点

摘要 美墨火车滚装船是固定往返于美国南部莫比尔港和墨西哥科察科尔斯港之间的火车滚装船,基于其航线区域和码头的特点,该船的设备配置和设计方案有一定的特殊性,从电气设计的角度,选取若干特点进行分析,主要包括:该船没有配置组合锅炉,但是全船仍有部分舱柜和设备需要加热,需要配备大功率的电加热器,前期在确定主电站容量时,需要考虑电加热器的耗电功率;该船装载的火车有载运危险货物的需求,这就要求该船滚装区域要作为危险区域来考虑,毗邻滚装区域的尾部系泊区域也成为危险区域,这对电动系泊设备的选型和布置提出了要求。 The US-Mexico rail car carrier is designed for regularly shuttling between Mobile port in the southern America and Coatzacoalcos port in Mexico.Based on the characteristics of its route and ports,the equipment configuration and design of the vessel has certain particularities.Several characteristics were selected and analyzed from the perspective of electrical design.As no combined boiler was provided,part of tankers and equipment of the ship still needed to be heated,and high power electric heaters should be provided,so the power consumption of electric heaters should be considered when the capacity of main power station was determined.Because of the dangerous goods carried on the train,the ro-ro area was considered as hazardous area.The mooring area adjacent to ro-ro area was also taken as hazardous area,which had a great impact on the arrangement of electric mooring equipment.
