舞蹈学专业健美操方向毕业生就业现状的调查及思考——以泰山学院为例

Investigation and Reflection on Employment Situation of Graduates Majoring in Dance(Aerobics)——Taking Taishan University as an Example

该文主要通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,从学生的就业单位性质、就业地域、工资待遇、所在单位满意度等方面对近四年泰山学院舞蹈学(健美操方向)毕业生的就业现状进行研究。得出以下结论:毕业生以艺术培训机构就业为主;毕业生选择的就业地点以县区、乡镇为主;毕业生对现在工作的薪资待遇比较满意;舞蹈学(健美操方向)毕业生的理想工作中,选择体育教师的人数最多,想继续学习深造等;针对以上问题进行总结分析,对进一步完善和提升舞蹈学(健美操方向)培养方案的修订有很好的参考作用。

Mainly using methods of literature, questionnaire survey, interview and Mathematical Statistics, this paper studies the employment status of the 4-year graduates of Dancing(Aerobics) in Taishan University from the aspects of the nature of the students’ employment units, employment regions, salary treatment, and satisfaction with their units, and draws the following conclusions: Graduates are mainly employed in art training institutions;The employment places chosen by graduates are mainly counties, districts and towns;Graduates are quite satisfied with the salary of their current jobs;Among the ideal jobs of Dance(Aerobics) graduates, the number of PE teachers is the largest, and they want to continue their studies;In view of the above problems, the summary and analysis will provide a good reference for further improving and promoting the revision of Dance(Aerobics) training program.
