空腹有氧运动介入肥胖和糖尿病研究进展

摘要 截至2020年,我国肥胖率已经超过50%,与肥胖相关的糖尿病及相关代谢性疾病问题已成为困扰我国经济健康发展和国民幸福健康生活的大问题。运动是良医,也是解决肥胖问题的高效手段,针对降低肥胖率,已经采取了很多运动方法,如抗阻运动、有氧运动和专项运动等,但大多存在无法坚持,效率低下的问题。此时,空腹有氧作为一种新方法映入眼帘,国外针对空腹有氧进行了大量的实验研究,并且得益于已经发现的科研结果,空腹有氧在国外已经作为应对糖尿病及相关代谢疾病和肥胖的有效方法。该文通过总结空腹有氧减肥和延缓糖尿病的机制与研究现状,以期为后续的研究与实验提供一定指导。 By 2020, the obesity rate in China has exceeded 50%, and obesity-related diabetes and related metabolic diseases have become a major problem troubling the healthy development of our economy and the happiness and health of our people. Exercise is definitely not only a good medicine,but also an efficient means to solve the obesity problem. We have taken many exercise methods to reduce the obesity rate, such as resistance exercise,aerobic exercise and special exercise, but most of them are unable to adhere to and inefficient. At this time, aerobic fasting as a new method came into sight. A large number of experimental studies on aerobic fasting have been carried out abroad, and thanks to the scientific research results that have been found, aerobic fasting has been an effective way to deal with diabetes and related metabolic diseases and obesity abroad. This review hopes to summarize the mechanism and research status of fasting aerobic weight loss and delaying diabetes, and provide some guidance for subsequent research and experiments.
