散打运动制胜因素的构架及理论诠释

Framework and Theoretical Interpretation of the Winning Factors in Sanda

为推动我国散打运动项目的发展,该研究采用文献资料、专家访谈以及数理统计等研究方法,对我国散打运动的制胜因素构架和理论进行探析。研究结果表明:散打运动的制胜因素集中体现在快、准、变、控4个方面;其中快和准是关键因素,变和控是核心因素;各要素互相联系、互相制约、互相渗透,共同推进竞赛制胜进程的完成。

In order to promote the development of Sanda sports in China, this study uses the methods of literature,expert interviews and mathematical statistics to analyze the framework and theory of the winning factors of Sanda in China. The results show that the winning factors of Sanda are mainly embodied in four aspects: fast, accurate,changeable and controlled;Among them, fast and accurate is the key factor, and change and control is the core factor;All elements are connected, restricted and infiltrated with each other to jointly promote the completion of the process of winning the competition.
