新疆理工学院气排球运动开展现状及对策研究

Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Air Volleyball in Xinjiang Institute of Technology

该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地观察法、访谈法对新疆理工学院的气排球开展现状进行调查研究,针对目前所面临的困境给出相应的对策及建议,供学校的管理人员参考,同时也为气排球项目在新疆普通高校的推广提供一定的理论依据和参考价值。通过研究得出了如下结论:(1)气排球场地欠缺,限制了学生参与气排球的运动频次和课堂教学效果的提升;(2)学生选课带有较强功利思想,不能正确认识运动项目的核心价值;(3)学生对教学方法、考查方式、教学器械总体上是满意的,但有些方面仍需改进;(4)学生对气排球知识的了解不够全面,不够系统。建议:(1)增加场地数量,完善基础设施建设;(2)充分利用课程思政资源,使学生树立正确的学习观;(3)改进教学方法和考查方式,提供优质的教学器材;(4)定期举办校级气排球比赛,营造良好的赛事氛围。

By means of literature, questionnaire, field observation and interview, this paper investigates and studies the current situation of air volleyball in Xinjiang Institute of Technology, and gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the current difficulties, which can be referred to the administrators of the school, and also provides certain theoretical basis and reference value for the promotion of air volleyball in Xinjiang colleges and universities. Through the research, the following conclusions are drawn:(1) The lack of air volleyball venues limits the frequency of students’ participation in air volleyball and the improvement of classroom teaching effect;(2)Students have strong utilitarian ideas in course selection, and can not correctly understand the core value of sports events;(3) The students are satisfied with the teaching methods, examination methods and teaching instruments on the whole, but some aspects still need to be improved;(4) The students’ knowledge of air volleyball is not comprehensive and systematic enough. Suggestions:(1) Increase the number of sites and improve infrastructure construction;(2) Make full use of the ideological and political resources of the curriculum to enable students to establish a correct view of learning;(3) Improve teaching methods and examination methods, and provide high-quality teaching equipment;(4) Regularly hold school level air volleyball matches to create a good atmosphere.
