契约学习法在高校大学生体质健康中的应用现状及对策研究

摘要 大学生作为新时代国家优质人才,推进体育强国建设的后备力量,基于健康中国视域下,大学生体质健康水平整体下滑已成为不争事实,研究大学生体质健康现状和提升对策,是高校体育教学改革的新方向。因此,该文选用契约学习法,明确其基本内涵与特征,充分认知契约学习法在高校大学生体质健康中的应用现状与价值,并从诊断大学生体质健康情况,师生共同诊断学习需求,结合学习需要制定学习目标,确定学习资源与学习策略,确定具体教学计划,商讨并签订学习契约,学习契约执行与评价7个维度,阐明契约学习法的应用流程。最后,提出契约学习法在高校大学生体质健康中应用的注意事项,包括学习契约需共同商讨确立,学习契约需不断改进完善,学习契约兼具优势和局限等,以改善大学体育教学效果,提升当代大学生体质健康水平。 College students are the national quality talents in the new era and the reserve force to promote the construction of sports power. Based on the perspective of healthy China, the overall decline of college students’ physical health has become an indisputable fact. Studying the current situation of college students’ physical health and improving countermeasures is a new direction of college physical education reform. Therefore, this article selects the contract learning method, clarifies its basic connotation and characteristics, fully recognizes the current situation and value of the contract learning method in the application of college students’ physical health. It also clarifies the application process of the contract learning method from seven dimensions: diagnosing the physical health of college students, diagnosing learning needs together with teachers and students, formulating learning objectives in combination with learning needs,determining learning resources and learning strategies, determining specific teaching plans, discussing and signing learning contracts, and implementing and evaluating learning contracts. Finally, the paper puts forward the precautions for the application of contract learning method in the physical health of college students, including that the learning contract needs to be jointly discussed and established, the learning contract needs to be constantly improved and perfected, and the learning contract has both advantages and limitations, so as to improve the effect of college physical education teaching and enhance the physical health level of contemporary college students.
