摘要
目前全民健身的热潮席卷华夏大地,作为开展全民健身运动中坚力量的社会体育指导员,良好的人文素养是其必备的职业素质。该文对社会体育指导员人文素养的现实诉求进行了阐释,又从礼仪修养提升社会体育指导员的人格魅力和沟通能力两方面,分析了礼仪修养对提升社会体育指导员人文素养的作用。在此基础上,提出社会体育指导员人文素养的培养路径:学习,收获人文知识;练习,养成行为习惯;领悟,体会人文价值,并阐明将德育教育寓于礼仪教育之中,可获得事半功倍的效果。
At present, the craze of national fitness is sweeping the land of China. As a social sports instructor who is the backbone of the national fitness movement, good humanistic literacy is the necessary professional quality.This paper explains the realistic demands of social sports instructors’ humanistic literacy, and analyzes the role of etiquette culture in improving social sports instructors’ humanistic literacy from the aspects of improving their personality charm and communication ability. On this basis, the paper puts forward the cultivation path of social sports instructors’ humanistic literacy: learning and harvesting humanistic knowledge;Practice and develop behavior habits;Comprehend and appreciate the humanistic value, and clarify that moral education can be combined with etiquette education to achieve twice the result with half the effort.
