MEBT/MEBO治疗糖尿病足作用机制研究进展

摘要 随着人口老龄化的不断加剧以及高糖、高脂饮食所占比例的逐渐增高,糖尿病及其并发症糖尿病足的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,且糖尿病足的治疗仍是当今医学领域迫切需要解决的世界性难题。近年来大量研究证实,创疡再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)在糖尿病足创面的治疗中取得了显著的临床疗效,为糖尿病足的治疗做出了巨大贡献。基于此,本文主要对MEBT/MEBO在糖尿病足治疗中的作用机制进行了综述,以期进一步指导MEBT/MEBO的临床应用。 With the aging of our population and the increasing proportion of high-sugar and high-fat food in our diet,the incidences of diabetes and its complication-diabetic foot have seen an increasing tendency year by year and diabetic foot is still an urgent medical problem to be solved in the world.In recent years,a large number of studies have confirmed that the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers(MEBT/MEBO) can achieve significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of diabetic foot wounds,contributing a lot to the treatment of the disease.Given that,this paper reviewed the mechanism of action of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of diabetic foot,in hope of providing further reference for the clinical application of MEBT/MEBO.
