广东基层农业技术推广机构发展存在的问题与对策——基于激励机制视角

在乡村振兴和农业农村现代化背景下,基层农业技术推广机构作为政府主导下的公共服务机构,承担着保障粮食安全、提高农业生产效率、促进农业生产发展等重要职责,在推进现代农业发展中发挥着无可替代的作用。然而,长期以来基层农技推广队伍工作积极性不高、推广效率低下,严重阻碍了公益性农技推广服务的供给和农业技术的有效转化。因此,应进一步完善基层农技推广机构激励机制,充分激发广大农技推广人员参与基层农技推广服务工作的积极性和主观能动性,以确保基层技术推广工作取得实效。

Under the background of rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization, grass-roots agricultural technology extension institutions, as public service institutions under the leadership of the government, assume the important responsibilities of ensuring food security, improving agricultural production efficiency, promoting agricultural production development, and play an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of modern agriculture. However, for a long time, the enthusiasm of grass-roots agricultural technology extension teams is not high and the efficiency of extension is low, which seriously hinders the supply of public welfare agricultural technology extension services and the effective transformation of agricultural technology. Therefore, we should further improve the incentive mechanism of grass-roots agricultural technology extension institutions, fully stimulate the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of the vast number of agricultural technology extension personnel to participate in grass-roots agricultural technology extension services, so as to ensure that grass-roots technology extension work has achieved actual results.
