研究生培养过程科学化管理的举措与实践——以浙江大学化工学科为例 被引量:1

摘要 研究生教育肩负着培养高层次人才的重要使命,而科学化的过程管理是高质量人才培养的重要保障。为了提升研究生教育质量,浙江大学化工学科优化了研究生培养过程管理,通过严格把关选题方向、严格开展研究生中期考核、多维度评价研究生创新成果、严格规范学位论文送审工作等举措,实现了研究生培养过程的精细化、精准化管理。相关经验可供其他高校借鉴。 Graduate education bears the important mission of high-level talent training. Good process management is an important guarantee for the high-quality talent training. In order to further improve the quality of graduate education, the chemical engineering discipline of Zhejiang University has optimized the graduate education process through a series of measures, including strictly control the topic of graduate research, implementing strict mid-term assessment for graduates, evaluating the research achievements of graduates in multiple ways and strictly standardizing the review process of dissertation. Through the above measures, refined and precise management of training process have realized. The experience can be used as a reference for other universities.
