虚实结合的实验教学模式在精馏实验中的应用

摘要 针对传统精馏实验教学存在的诸多问题,文章提出结合化工原理实验室软硬件实际情况,采用虚实结合的实验教学模式。该模式包括课前理论预习、现场熟悉实验装置及流程、虚拟仿真实验操作和现场实验等环节,能够实现教学资源的优势互补,从根本上提升实验教学质量与效果。连续两届学生的教学实践表明,虚实结合的实验教学模式能够有效地帮助学生掌握化工原理的理论知识,培养学生的工程实践能力,提高学生的工程素质。 In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional teaching of distillation experiment, combining with the experimental equipment and facilities in our chemical engineering laboratory, a new experimental teaching mode combining virtual and practical was implemented, which including pre-class experimental theory preview, familiar with the experiment device and flow on site, virtual simulation experiment operation and laboratory on-site distillation operation. The advantages of teaching resources fundamentally can complement and the quality and effect of experimental teaching can be improved. The teaching practice of the students in two consecutive years showed that the experimental teaching mode combining virtual and practical could effectively help students to master the theoretical knowledge of chemical principle, train their engineering practice ability and enhance their engineering quality.
