Analysis on the influencing factors and solving strategies of interpersonal relationship in medical students’ dormitory

医学生宿舍人际关系是医学生在校期间人际交往中的重要关系之一。本研究通过访谈和匿名问卷调查的形式,分析医学生宿舍人际关系存在的问题、原因、并针对性探究解决策略,以期形成医学生和谐的人际关系和心理素质,促进其身心健康发展。

The interpersonal relationship of medical students in dormitory is one of the important relationships in the interpersonal communication of medical students in school. Through interviews and anonymous questionnaires, this study analyzed the problems and causes of the interpersonal relationship of medical students in the dormitory, and targeted exploration and solution strategies, so as to form a harmonious interpersonal relationship and psychological quality of medical students and promote their physical and mental health development.
