同伴反馈提高住院医师实践能力研究——以骨肿瘤穿刺为例

Using peer feedback to improve the practice ability of residents——a case study of tumor biopsy

目的:以骨肿瘤穿刺为例,探讨同伴反馈这一教学方法在住院医师实践能力的效果。方法:将2017年7月至2019年12月在我院接受住院医师规范化培训的68名学员随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各34人。实验组的学员先担任操作学员的评价老师,然后再进行骨肿瘤穿刺,对照组则相反。采用自制的骨肿瘤穿刺评分表对两组学员的穿刺操作进行评分,采用李克特量表对教学效果进行问卷调查。结果:两组学员的一般资料无统计学差异,具有可比性。与对照组相比,实验组的骨肿瘤穿刺得分更高,差异具有统计学意义[(86.68±1.18)VS(80.18±1.7)(t=3.141,P=0.003)]。实验组的教学效果评分与对照组相比无明显差异[(33.53±0.74)VS(32.0±0.80)(t=1.409,P=0.164)]。结论:同伴评价可以提高骨科住院医师的骨肿瘤穿刺能力,学员对这一教学方法的教学效果较为满意。

Objective:Take bone tumor biopsy as an example,to explore the effect of peer feedback teaching method in the practice ability of residents.Methods:68 orthopedic residents were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=34)and control group(n=34)from Jul 2017 to Dec 2019.Students in the experimental group were participated as a peer examiner first and then as an examinee in the biopsy of bone tumor,and those in the control group were tested first and then participated as a peer examiner.The student scores were compared between the two groups.Moreover,the teaching efficacy was also investigated by using a specialized Likert scale.Results:There was comparability between these two groups,the performance scores in the experimental group were higher than that of the control group[(86.68±1.18)VS(80.18±1.7)(t=3.141,P=0.003)].Questionnaire showed no significant difference of teaching efficacy in two groups[(33.53±0.74)VS(32.0±0.80)(t=1.409,P=0.164)].Conclusion:Student experience as a peer assessor offers a feasible way of improving the capability of bone tumor biopsy.Students are satisfied with peer feedback.This teaching method may increasingly be applied to other learning activities.
