摘要
目的:探讨叙事医学在急诊科住院医师规范化培训教学中的可行性及效果。方法:自2021年1月至2021年6月,将73名浙江省台州医院急诊基地住陪学员随机分成对照组和实验组,对照组按照传统住陪教学,实验组在传统住陪教学基础上增加叙事医学教育,培训结束后进行出科考核,评价理论、技能、共情和沟通能力、360°评价系统中的患者评价。结果:实验组共情能力显著提升,出科理论和技能考核成绩优于对照组,患者评价满意度提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叙事医学在急诊科住陪教学中可以提高学员共情水平,增强医患沟通能力,也有助于理论和技能考核成绩的提升,是有效可行的教学方法,值得应用。
Objective:To explore the feasibility and effect of narrative medicine in the standardized training and teaching of residents in emergency department.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2021,73 resident standardized training physicians in emergency base of Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was taught in accordance with the traditional residential teaching,while the experimental group was given narrative medical education on the basis of the traditional residential teaching.At the end of the training,the examination was carried out to evaluate the theory,skills,empathy and communication skills,and 360°patient evaluation in evaluation system.Results:the empathy ability of narrative medicine teaching group was significantly improved,the scores of theory and skill examination in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the patients’evaluation satisfaction was improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:narrative medicine can improve the empathy level of resident standardized training physicians in emergency department,enhance the communication ability between doctors and patients,and also help to improve the scores of theory and skills examination,it is an effective and feasible teaching method,which is worthy of popularization and application.
