摘要
本研究基于“清单”和“操作流程图”制作“操作指引单”辅助生理学实验线下教学。实验结果表明,“操作指引单”不仅可以提高实验成功率,增强学生自主学习能力,而且帮助学生规范实验操作,加深对实验内容的理解和记忆,提高教学效果。“操作指引单”可能成为传统教学方式下实现生理学实验有效教学的有力工具。
An “operation guide sheet” was made based on “list” and “operation flowchart” to assist teaching. Results from control experiment showed that “operation guide sheet” can not only improve the success rate and enhance students’ autonomous learning ability, but also significantly enhance the standardization of experimental operations, deepen students’ understanding and memory of experimental content, and improve the teaching effects. The “operation guide sheet” may become a powerful tool to realize the effective teaching of physiological experiments under the traditional teaching mode.
