坚持山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和系统治理,加快建设美丽中国,更加强调不断开展河湖健康诊断,加强河湖管护的重大意义,突出新时期治水管水的主要任务和实现路径。河道健康评价体系的建立和完善,不仅可以完成河道健康评价所需的基本情况,还可以对河流保护和管理提出相应建议。西支河流域作为典型的县镇共管河道,具备河湖健康评价的突出代表性,在全面详细了解西支河现状特点的基础上,建立了西支湖健康评价体系,对其进行了河道健康评价,西支湖经综合评级为二类河道,属于健康状态。同时针对西支河流域存在的问题,提出了西支河保护和管理工作建议。这些可为履行河湖管理保护职责的各级河长及相关部门提供借鉴参考。

The great significance of continuously carrying out health diagnosis of rivers and lakes and strengthening the management and protection of rivers and lakes was emphasized, and the main task and realization path of water control and water management in the new era were highlighted. The establishment and improvement of river health assessment system can not only complete the basic information required for river health assessment, but also put forward corresponding suggestions for river protection and management. As a typical river channel jointly managed by counties and towns, the Xizhi River basin has outstanding representativeness of river and lake health assessment. On the basis of a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the current characteristics of the Xizhi River, a health assessment system for the Xizhi Lake has been established and river health assessment has been carried out. The Xizhi Lake is comprehensively rated as a Class Ⅱ river channel and belongs to a healthy state.At the same time, in view of the problems existing in the Xizhi River basin, the suggestions on the protection and management of the Xizhi River are put forward. These can provide reference for river directors at all levels and relevant departments to perform their duties of river and lake management and protection.
