2021年特大洪水后,该水库溢洪道下游冲刷严重,上游主河槽覆盖层冲毁,下游主河槽严重淤积,过流能力受到严重影响。溢洪道灾后水毁工程设计按照“原标准、原规模、原功能”的原则进行修复和加固处理,尽量挖填平衡,不增加永久用地,岸坡防护,岩石渠底整治,建筑物进行适当防护等。设计内容包括溢洪道尾水渠过流计算、平面布置、纵横断面、堤防工程及防护工程设计等。

The design content includes overflow calculation, plane layout,vertical and horizontal sections, dike works and protection works design of spillway tailrace.
