生产建设项目水土流失的影响因素主要包括自然因素和人为因素,而人为因素是主要因素,工程建设期的土方开挖、土方回填、砂石料堆放、建设临时设施等施工活动,占用和扰动一定面积的土地,破坏原地貌、损坏植被,原有生态防护系统遭到破坏,人为因素将加剧项目区的水土流失。

The influencing factors of soil and water loss in production and construction projects mainly include natural factors and human factors, in which human factors are the main factors. During the construction period, earthwork excavation, earthwork backfilling, gravel stacking, temporary facilities construction and other construction activities occupy and disturb a certain area of land,destroy the original landform and vegetation, and destroy the original ecological protection system. Human factors will aggravate the soil erosion in the project area.
