选择性真的体现了吗?——浙江省高中物理选考现状与省思 被引量:1

Does the Selectivity Achieved?The Current situation and Reflections on Physics-selected Examination

摘要 2014年我国高考进入综合改革新阶段,浙江省、上海市作为两个试点省市成为高考改革践行先行者。历经9年,浙江省高考先后经历了“保障机制出台”“赋分办法调整”“高校招生专业选考科目限定”等过程,以期更好落实“选择性”的理念。但实践过程是否践行了“选择性”理念?立足于浙江省高考现状背景,以最有争鸣的物理学科为例,通过对不同地市教师、学生的调研与访谈等进行分析,发现物理选考保障机制下存在利益再驱动、物理选考人数存在区域差异、师生对选考认知与归因不一等问题。提出进一步改革需要深化物理学科价值建设,关注课改与考改的一致性;统筹校际资源分配制度,鼓励“特色高中”建设;促进理解高考定位与人生规划,发挥高校招生政策引领。 In response to the demand for diverse and high-quality talents,College Entrance Examination(CEE)of China entered a new stage of comprehensive reform in 2014,with Zhejiang and Shanghai becoming the pioneers in practice.To implement the Selectivity,the CEE in Zhejiang has successively undergone the process of Promulgation of the Guarantee Mechanism,Adjustment of Points Method,Investigation of College Admission Subject,etc.But have both ideals and reality implemented and practiced the concept of Selectivity?Based on the context of CEE in Zhejiang,this article takes the most controversial subject,physics,as an example.Through investigations and interviews with teachers and students from different schools,it was found that there are profit-driven interests under the guaranteed mechanism of physics selection.Difference existed between regions in terms of the ratio of students choosing physics.And the views of teachers and students varied in the factors that influence students’choice of subjects.Implications for further reforms are discussed:deepen the value construction of physics and pay attention to the consistency of curriculum reform and examination reform;coordinate the inter-school resource allocation system and encourage the construction of Featured High Schools;promote understanding of CEE’s positioning and life planning and give full play to the guidance of college admissions policies.
