云南省乡村振兴战略中生态振兴标准体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of Ecological Revitalization Standards System in the Rural Revitalization Strategy of Yunnan Province

乡村振兴战略是我国“三农”工作的总抓手,是一项复杂的系统工程。本文基于研究国内有关政策法规及云南省实情,梳理乡村生态振兴领域标准化建设现状,初步构建生态振兴标准体系,分析标准现状并提出标准制修订建议,从标准体系构建和具体标准制定层面对乡村生态振兴进行探究,对助推云南省乡村振兴战略具有重要理论和现实意义。

The strategy of rural revitalization is the general grasp of the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" in China, and it is a complex systematic project. Based on the study of relevant domestic policies and regulations and the actual situation of Yunnan province, this paper combs the current situation of standardization construction in the fi eld of rural ecological revitalization, initially constructs the standards system of ecological revitalization, analyzes the current situation of the standards and puts forward suggestions for standards development and revision, and explores the rural ecological revitalization at the level of standards system construction and specific standards development, which has important theoretical and practical signifi cance to boost the rural revitalization strategy of Yunnan province.
