摘要
标准是企业标准体系的重要组成部分,是企业进行设计、科研、生产、施工、调试、验收等技术管理活动必须遵循的依据和准则,也是企业质量管理体系必须的受控文件。做好标准有效性的管理与控制,防止失效、废止标准的非预期使用,是企业产品和服务质量的保证。如何对标准进行动态管理并方便员工查阅获取,以确保标准的有效性、先进性和适用性,一直是质量管理中的棘手问题。本文从实践出发,分析标准有效性的管理内容,针对标准有效性管理中存在的问题探讨改进的途径和方法。
Standard is an important part of the enterprise standards system, the basis and criteria that the enterprise must follow in the design, scientifi c research, production, construction, commissioning, acceptance and other technical management activities, and the essential controlled documents in the enterprise quality management system. To ensure the quality of enterprise products and services, it is necessary to manage and control the effectiveness of standards and prevent the unintended use of invalid and repealed standards. How to dynamically manage standards and facilitate employees’ access to them to ensure the effectiveness, advancement and applicability of standards has always been a thorny issue in quality management. This paper, starting from practice, analyzes the management content of standards effectiveness and discusses the ways and methods for improvement in view of the existing problems in standards effectiveness management.
