标准在解决城市占道施工交通组织和安全问题中的作用——以广州市为例

The Role of Standards in Solving Traffi c Organization and Safety Problems in Urban Road Construction——Taking Guangzhou as an Example

城市道路是城市的经济命脉,城市在快速扩张发展的同时,占道施工成为普遍的现象。城市占道施工导致施工安全事故和交通拥堵情况频发。为了顺利开展城市道路占道施工作业,全面保障道路施工维修作业人员、设备、周边车辆及行人的安全,规范施工维修工程的安全管理,提高施工维修作业的安全性,广州市专门制定了广州市系列地方标准DB4401/T 112-2021《城市道路占道施工交通组织和安全措施设置》。该系列标准自2021年11月发布后,取得了非常显著的效果。本文以“雁塔大桥便桥工程”为具体实例,介绍标准在解决城市占道施工交通组织和安全问题中的作用。

Urban road is the economic lifeline of a city. As the rapid expansion and development of city, road construction has become a common phenomenon, which leads to frequent construction safety accidents and traffic congestion. To successfully carry out urban road construction, guarantee the safety of personnel, equipment, vehicles and pedestrians in road construction and maintenance, specify the safety management of construction and maintenance project, and improve the safety of construction and maintenance, Guangzhou has specially formulated the DB4401/T 112-2021, Specifi cation of traffi c organization and safety facilities in urban road construction. Since its release in November 2021, the standard has achieved remarkable results. This paper takes "Yanta Bridge convenient bridge project" as a concrete example to introduce the role of standards in solving the traffi c organization and safety problems of urban road construction.
