摘要
在电子商务技术迅速发展的背景下,我国快递业务量迅速增加。不过,部分企业快递配送管理能力并不高,以致降低了快递配送水平。为提高快递配送水平,加强快递配送管理,保证客户对快递配送服务的满意度,有必要建立健全快递配送管理标准化体系,科学指导快递配送管理活动,以此起到事半功倍的配送效果。本文主要研究了快递配送管理标准化体系构建策略,提出了快递配送管理建议,旨在为我国物流业健康发展贡献一份力量。
Under the background of the rapid development of e-commerce technology, the volume of express delivery business in China has increased effectively. However, the express delivery management ability of some enterprises is not high, which reduces the level of express delivery. In order to improve the level of express delivery, strengthen the management of express delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction with express delivery service, it is necessary to establish and improve the standardization system of express delivery management, scientifi cally guide the management activities of express delivery, so as to get twice the result with half the effort. This paper mainly studies the construction strategy of standardization system of express delivery management, and puts forward suggestions on express delivery management, aiming to contribute to the healthy development of China’s logistics industry.
