Interpretation of the Series of Standards for Energy Consumption Quota of Public Institutions in Hubei Province

为推进公共机构节能减排工作的实施,湖北省机关事务管理局制定了《湖北省公共机构能耗定额》系列标准。本文从标准出台的意义、标准的主要内容、指标制定的依据和标准的应用这些方面对标准进行了解读,旨在进一步宣贯此项标准。

In order to promote the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction in public institutions,the Hubei Provincial Government Offi ces Administration has formulated a series of standards for energy consumption quota of public institutions in Hubei province. This paper interprets the standards in the following aspects, including the signifi cance of the standard, the main content of the standard, the basis of the index formulation and the application of the standard, which aims to further implement the standard.
