标准化建设理念下小学数学口算教学改革探讨

摘要 标准化理念的应用对小学数学口算教学有效开展具有一定的意义,本文提出标准化建设理念下小学数学口算教学改革探讨,论述了目前小学数学口算教学现状,课程体系不够标准、课程资源利用不够规范、缺乏标准化教师队伍、缺乏标准化评价体系问题突出,并结合标准化建设理念提出建设“标准化”教学课程体系、建设“标准化”课程资源、建设“标准化”教师团队、建设“标准化”综合评价体系四个策略,推动小学数学口算教学改革。 The application of standardization concept has certain significance for the effective development of primary school mathematics oral arithmetic teaching. This paper puts forward the reform of primary school mathematics oral arithmetic teaching under the concept of standardization construction. This paper discusses the current situation of oral arithmetic teaching in primary school mathematics with prominent problems such as the substandard curriculum system,the less normative utilization of curriculum resources, a lack of standardized teachers and standardized evaluation system. Combined with the concept of standardization construction, this paper puts forward four strategies: building a "standardized" teaching curriculum system, "standardized" curriculum resources, "standardized" teacher team, and "standardized" comprehensive evaluation system to promote the reform of oral arithmetic teaching in primary school mathematics.
