摘要
针对高层办公建筑自然通风存在的问题,探讨通风廊道优化其外部和内部风环境的机制和设计策略。外部风廊可以改善建筑前后的风环境并促进内部引入室外气流;竖向分段的内部风廊可形成若干自然通风单元,提升自然动力驱动的气流的稳定性。结合计算机模拟、案例佐证和风廊分类,总结通风廊道优化高层办公建筑自然通风的空间形态特征及组织模式。
Based on the problems of natural ventilation in highrise office buildings,the paper discusses the mechanism and design strategy of ventilation corridors to optimize the external and internal wind environment.External ventilation corridors can improve the wind environment before and behind the building and promote outdoor air flow to pass through.Vertical sections of the internal ventilation corridors can form a number of natural ventilation units to improve the stability of natural power driven air flow.Combining computer simulation,case studies and ventilation corridor classification,it summarizes the spatial morphology characteristics and organization mode of ventilation corridor optimization for high-rise office buildings.
