福州地区灰白蚕蛾生物学特性及其高致病力绿僵菌筛选

Biological characteristics of Ocinara varians in Fuzhou and screening Metarhizium anisopliae with high pathogenicity

摘要 为更好防治灰白蚕蛾Ocinara varians,室内饲养与野外调查相结合观察其生物学特性,对灰白蚕蛾4龄幼虫采用孢子悬浮液喷雾法筛选其高致病力绿僵菌。结果表明:灰白蚕蛾在福州1 a 9代,世代重叠,平均40 d完成1代,5—10月为发生盛期;金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae菌株MaFZ-13处理灰白蚕蛾4龄幼虫15 d后,校正死亡率为100%,僵虫率达60.00%,LT50为4.58 d,优于其他4个菌株;MaFZ-13孢子悬浮液浓度分别为1×10^(6),1×10^(7),1×10^(8)个/mL时,处理灰白蚕蛾4龄幼虫11 d后,校正死亡率均在92%以上。金龟子绿僵菌MaFZ-13防治灰白蚕蛾幼虫有广阔应用前景。 To better control Ocinara varians,the biological characteristics were observed by combination of indoor feeding and field investigation,and screening test of Metarhizium anisopliae with high pathogenicity against the fourth instar larvae of O.varians was carried out by spraying spore suspension.The results showed that O.varians had nine generations a year in Fuzhou,with overlapping generations.It took an average of 40 days to complete a generation,and the peak period was from May to October.The strain MaFZ-13 of M.anisopliae had high pathogenicity to the fourth instar larvae of O.varians,with corrected mortality rate of 100%,cadaver rate of 60.00%after 15 days of inoculation,and LT50value was 4.58 d.The corrected mortality rate of the fourth instar larvae of O.varians were over 92%after 11 days with spore suspension concentration of 1×10^(6),1×10^(7),1×10^(8) spores/mL of the strain MaFZ-13.The strain MaFZ-13 of M.anisopliae had a great application prospect against O.varians larva.
