音乐律动联合抗阻训练对ASD儿童体质健康的干预研究

摘要 目的:探究音乐律动联合抗阻训练对ASD(自闭症)儿童体质健康的影响,旨在为改善其体质健康提供新思路。方法:运用文献资料法、教学实验法及数理统计法,以14名ASD儿童为实验对象,随机分为实验组与对照组各7名,实验组进行音乐律动联合抗阻训练,对照组进行音乐律动,分别在实验前后对其进行体质健康测试,观察并分析实验前后各指标变化。结果:实验前后实验组的肺活量、闭眼单脚站及体脂百分比的测试结果具有显著性差异;握力、立定跳远、1分钟跳绳、坐位体前屈、1分钟仰卧起坐、BMI、肌肉量及基础代谢率的测试结果具有非常显著性差异。实验前后对照组的肺活量、体脂百分比及基础代谢率具有显著性差异;立定跳远、闭眼单脚站、坐位体前屈、1分钟仰卧起坐、BMI及肌肉量具有非常显著性差异。结论:联合干预和音乐律动干预对ASD儿童的体质健康均产生了不同程度的积极影响,但联合干预对其体质健康的影响更大。 Objective: To explore the effects of music rhythm combined with resistance training on physical health of children with ASD, so as to provide new ideas for improving their physical health.Methods: By using the method of literature, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics, 14 ASD children were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 7 children each. The experimental group received music rhythm combined with resistance training, and the control group received music rhythm. The physical health test was conducted before and after the experiment, and the changes of each index before and after the experiment were observed and analyzed.Results: There were significant differences in vital capacity, single leg standing with eyes closed, and percentage of body fat in the experimental group before and after the experiment;There were significant differences in grip strength, standing long jump, 1 minute rope skipping, sitting forward, 1 minute sit up, BMI, muscle mass and basal metabolic rate. There were significant differences in vital capacity, percentage of body fat and basal metabolic rate in the control group before and after the experiment;There are very significant differences in standing long jump, single leg standing with eyes closed, sitting forward, 1 minute sit up, BMI and muscle mass.Conclusion:Combined intervention and music rhythmic intervention have significant effects on ASD.
