摘要
体能是完成任何运动项目都需要具备的基本身体素质,良好的体能不仅有助于提高运动竞技水平,而且可以预防运动过程中不必要的损伤。目前的研究多集中于分析体能训练自身具备的危险因素,以及探究体能训练在特定运动项目中预防损伤的作用机制。体能训练可以分为健康体能训练与竞技体能训练,两种体能训练的目的不同,但是,针对不同人群均能发挥预防运动损伤的作用。体能训练主要是通过提高身体素质水平,增强机体抵抗自身与外界阻力的能力,同时,遵循体能训练中主张的针对性、周期性与系统性,实现预防运动损伤的目的。该文分析体能训练可能对机体造成损伤的危险因素,综述其在各运动项目中预防损伤的作用,为体能训练在更多训练项目中的应用提供理论价值。
Physical fitness is the basic physical quality required to complete sports event.Qualified physical fitness not only helps to improve the level of sports skills, but also prevents unnecessary injuries during exercise. The current research focuses on analyzing the risk factors of physical training itself, and exploring the mechanism of physical training in preventing injuries in specific sports. Physical training can be divided into healthy physical training and competitive physical training. The purposes of the two physical training are different, but they can play a role in preventing sports injuries for different populations. Physical fitness training is mainly to improve the level of physical fitness and enhance the ability of the body to resist its own and external resistance. At the same time, it follows the pertinence, periodicity and systematicness advocated in physical training to achieve the purpose of preventing sports injuries. This paper analyzes the risk factors that physical training may cause injury to the body, summarizes its role in preventing injury in various sports events, and provides theoretical value for the application of physical training in more training projects.
