校企合作机制下运动人体科学课程教学新思路的探讨

Discussion on the New Teaching Thoughts of Human Sports Science Curriculum in the School-Enterprise Cooperation Mechanism

校企合作的人才培养模式是体育专业提升知识技能,促进就业的有效途径。现阶段,运动人体科学课程在教学中存在教学安排与企业需求联系不紧密,课程内容实操性不强,教师主体与企业脱节等问题。在校企合作机制下,针对运动人体科学课程教学提出整合教学内容,完善教学实践,构建校企反馈机制等新思路。

The talent training mode of school enterprise cooperation is an effective way for sports majors to improve knowledge and skills and promote employment.At this stage,there are some problems in the teaching of Sports Human Science course,such as the teaching arrangement is not closely related to the needs of enterprises,the course content is not practical,and the main body of teachers is disconnected from enterprises.Under the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,new ideas such as integrating teaching content,perfecting teaching practice and building school-enterprise feedback mechanism are proposed for the teaching of Sports Human Science course.
