广东省中等体育运动学校体育职业技能课程教学现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Teaching of Sports Professional Skills in Guangdong Secondary Sports Schools

中等体育运动学校作为我国高水平体育后备人才培养的主要阵地,同时也承担着为社会培养中等体育专业技能人才的重要任务,是职业教育的重要组成部分。为促进中等体育运动学校持续、稳定、健康发展,该文以广东省中等体育运动学校职业教育现状为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献研究法、教学实践法等,对广东省中等体育运动学校的培养目标情况、体育职业技能课程教学现状和体育职业技能课程改革现状进行调查和分析。并提出对策:一是中等体育运动学校职业教育要突出以职业体育教育为主,将思政教育融入日常教学;二是要保证体育职业教育课程符合社会发展需求,强化体育职业技能实践能力的培养,鼓励和引导学生考取相关体育职业技能证书;三是要加强师资力量的培养,保证学校职业技能师资需求;四是加大与社会合作办学的力度,充分利用社会资源解决体育职业技能课程所需的专业场地和专业师资不足的问题。

Secondary sports schools,as the main position of national high-level sports reserve personnel training,also undertake the important task of training secondary sports professional skills for the society,is an important part of vocational education.In order to promote the sustainable,stable and healthy development of secondary sports schools,this research takes the current situation of vocational education in secondary sports schools in Guangdong Province as the research object,and uses the methods of questionnaire survey,interview,literature research,teaching practice,etc.to investigate and analyze the training objectives of secondary sports sports schools in Guangdong Province,the current situation of sports vocational skills curriculum teaching and the current situation of sports vocational skills curriculum reform.And put forward countermeasures:First,vocational education in secondary sports schools should focus on vocational sports education and integrate ideological and political education into daily teaching;Second,we should ensure that the sports vocational education curriculum meets the needs of social development,strengthen the training of practical ability of sports vocational skills,and encourage and guide students to obtain relevant sports vocational skills certificates;Third,we should strengthen the training of teachers to ensure the demand for vocational teachers;The fourth is to strengthen cooperation with the society in running schools,and make full use of social resources to solve the problem of insufficient professional venues and professional teachers required by sports professional skills courses.
