疫情和互联网双冲击下高职院校体育教学改革的探究

Research on PE Teaching Reform in Vocational Schools under the Double Impact of Epidemic Situation and Internet

自2019年以来,国家发布多项工作实施方案,把发展高等职业教育提升到了国家战略位置。体育教育是高职院校“五育”之一,有重要的强体育人作用。面对新冠肺炎疫情影响和互联网快速发展的双重冲击,现行的高职院校体育教学模式存在一些问题,平稳过渡和适应改革是必然趋势。该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析等方法,对现行高职院校体育教学模式现状进行剖析,发现“双冲击”下高职院校教学模式存在诸多不足,建议:(1)增加高职体育教学的课时和学分,采取多元化考核方式;(2)高职体育教学的内容多样化、系统化、及时更新;(3)高职体育教学的教学模式进行混合式创新;(4)完善体育教学的评价体系;(5)提高高职体育教师的师资力量;(6)提高高职体育器材和设备经费投入。

Since 2019,the state has issued a number of work implementation plans,elevating the development of higher vocational education to a national strategic position.Physical Education is one of the"five education"in higher vocational colleges and plays an important role in strengthening sports and educating people.In the face of the dual impact of the COVID-19 and the rapid development of the Internet,the current PE teaching model in higher vocational colleges has some problems.Smooth transition and adaptation to reform is an inevitable trend.By using the methods of literature,expert interview and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of PE teaching mode in higher vocational colleges,and finds that there are many shortcomings in the teaching mode of higher vocational colleges under the"double impact".The suggestions are as follows:(1)Increase the class hours and credits of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges,and adopt diversified assessment methods;(2)The content of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges is diversified,systematic and timely updated;(3)The teaching mode of PE in higher vocational colleges should be innovated in a mixed way;(4)Improve the evaluation system of PE teaching;(5)Improve the teaching staff of PE teachers in higher vocational colleges;(6)Increase investment in sports equipment and equipment in higher vocational education.
