摘要
以中国赴日本参与滑雪运动的游客为切入点,通过网络游记作为数据来源,探究游客滑雪运动安全保障感知问题。中国游客对日本滑雪运动的安全保障感知可分为4种类型,按比重依次为人为保障(50.3%)、设施保障(22.6%)、管理保障(13.9%)和环境保障(13.2%)。感知程度最高的人为保障共有5种保障类型:危险防范(39.5%)、指导教学(23.7%)、危险救助(21.1%)、驱寒保暖(9.2%)和伤病救治(6.5%)。人为保障的提供者共有6种类型:工作人员(30.3%)、游客自身(23.7%)、滑雪教练(17.1%)、其他游客(14.5%)、同行游客(10.5%)和医护人员(3.9%)。对保障提供者及其对应的保障类型进行梳理分析,并基于政府、企业、个人3个层面得出启示。
Taking Chinese skiing tourists to Japan as the entry point and using online travel notes as the data source,this paper explores the perception of skiing safety protection of tourists.Chinese tourists'perception of the safety guarantee of skiing in Japan can be divided into four types,which are artificial security(50.3%),facility security(22.6%),management security(13.9%)and environmental security(13.2%)in order of proportion.There are five types of protection within human safety protection,which is of the highest perception:risk prevention(39.5%),guidance and instruction(23.7%),emergency aid(21.1%),warmth keeping(9.2%)and injury salvage(6.5%).There are six types of human safety protection providers:staff(30.3%),tourists themselves(23.7%),ski coaches(17.1%),other tourists(14.5%),peer tourists(10.5%)and medical staff(3.9%).This article sorts out and analyzes the protection providers and their corresponding types of protections,and get inspiration based on three levels:government,enterprises and individuals.
