摘要
井下煤矸智能干选是煤矿实现绿色开采的有效技术手段。为深入研究智能干选系统巷设计方法,结合智能干选系统工艺流程,提出了井下智能干选系统巷设计思路。基于分析主煤流运量、原煤含矸率、矸石分选粒度、原煤分级筛和智能干选机处理能力、井下矸石充填规模相互影响关系,探究矸石分选规模确定方法。结合筛分系统工艺特点,阐明在转载点或煤流引出位置布置筛分系统的合理性。根据设备外形尺寸和处理能力,探讨智能干选硐室单、双巷布置形式。针对转载煤仓上下口、带式输送机搭接点、加装转载装置等不同类型主煤流转载分流点,研究智能干选系统布置位置优缺点及适用条件。在此基础上,介绍了煤仓下口双系统工程设计案例。研究表明,矸石分选规模由多因素综合确定;滚轴筛布置在转载点可以避免末煤大运量转载;煤仓下口布置矸石分选系统可以应对瞬时大运量来煤;煤仓下口双系统模式可以为类似矿井设计提供参考。
Underground coal gangue intelligent dry separation was an effective technical means to realize green mining in coal mines.In order to deeply study the roadway design method of intelligent dry separation system, combining with the technological process of intelligent dry separation system, the design idea of underground intelligent dry separation system was proposed.The determination method of gangue separation scale was explored based on the analysis of the interaction between the main coal flow volume, the gangue content of raw coal, the gangue separation particle size, the processing capacity of raw coal classification screen and intelligent dry separator, and the underground gangue filling scale.Combining with the process characteristics of the screening system, the rationality of arranging the screening system at the transfer point or the coal flow outlet was expounded.According to the overall dimensions and processing capacity of the equipment, the layout of single and double roadways in the intelligent dry separation chamber was discussed.The advantages, disadvantages and applicable conditions of the layout of the intelligent dry separation system were studied for different types of main coal flow diversion points, such as the upper and lower openings of the transfer bunker, the lap joint of the belt conveyor, and the installation of transfer devices.On this basis, the engineering design case of double system at the lower entrance of coal bunker was introduced.The research show that the scale of gangue sorting can be determined by multi-factor synthesis;it can avoid the transfer of large capacity of fine coal that the roller screen arranged at the transfer point;arranging the gangue sorting system at the lower opening of the coal bunker can deal with the instantaneous large capacity of coal;the design mode of double system at the lower opening of coal bunker can provide reference for similar mines and has the value of popularization and application.
