缓斜厚煤层掘进工作面断层预测技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 为解决厚煤层掘进工作面遇落差较大断层后出现迎头岩石占比过大、综掘机掘进困难等问题,通过断层走向延伸法预测出工作面断层大致位置及产状,再采用钻探法超前进行探测,通过合理布置钻探孔位置及角度,使迎头最多施工5个探孔即可预测出前方10m范围内落差为1~4.5m的断层情况,根据预测的结果提前调整掘进坡度,以达到减少过断层时割岩厚度。实践表明,该方法操作简单,预测准确率高,能够有效解决过断层大面积割岩问题。 In order to solve the problem that the proportion of frontal rock is too large after the thick coal seam driving face cross the fault with larger drop, bringing difficulty for driving of EBZ-160 type fully mechanized road header. The approximate position and attitude of the working face fault are predicted by the method of fault strike extension, then, advance drilling exploration was used. By reasonably arranging the position and angle of the drilling hole, the fault with drop between 1~4.5m in the range of 10m was accurately detected by constructing up to 5 boreholes in the head-on direction. According to the detection results, the excavation slope should be adjusted in advance to reduce the cutting rock thickness when passing through the fault. The practice shows that the method is simple in operation, high in detection accuracy, and can effectively solve the problem of large area rock cutting after passing through fault.
