基于共同富裕的“一带一路”产业协同发展研究

共同富裕既是中国式现代化的重要特征,也是引领“一带一路”的重大理念支撑之一。“一带一路”开启了中国与世界深度互动的新模式,为“一带一路”沿线国家构建了一个共同发展的新愿景,是沿线国家共谋发展、共同富裕的崭新平台。作为“一带一路”建设中的重要组成部分,产业协同是实现“一带一路”共同发展的重要着力点。在共建“一带一路”推动沿线国家共同发展进程中,各国的制度差异、文化距离等造成的管制壁垒与文化障碍严重制约“一带一路”产业协同发展。要完善“一带一路”沿线国家投资价值评估体系与风险预警机制,降低产业协同发展的管制壁垒及其制度变动风险,构建以中国方案为主线的“一带一路”话语体系,缩小产业协同发展的文化距离,实施产业协同发展政策分层与政策创新,推动“一带一路”沿线各国共同繁荣。

Common prosperity is an important feature of Chinese path to modernization.The Belt and Road has opened a new mode of in-depth interaction between China and the world, built a new vision of common development for countries(regions) along the Belt and Road, and it is a new platform for countries(regions) along the Belt and Road to seek common development and common prosperity.As an important part of the Belt and Road construction, industrial coordination is an important focus to achieve the common development of the Belt and Road.However, in the process of jointly building the Belt and Road to promote the common development of countries along the Belt and Road, the institutional barriers, cultural distance and the complexity of the Belt and Road system seriously restrict the coordinated development of industries.Therefore, it is necessary to improve the Belt and Road cooperation value evaluation system and risk early warning mechanism to resolve the regulatory barriers and institutional change risks of industrial coordinated development.Build the Belt and Road discourse system based on the fact to bridge the cultural distance of industrial coordinated development.Implement strategic layering and policy innovation of industrial coordinated development to cope with the complexity of the "the Belt and Road" system.
