摘要
针对24R21型子午线轮胎在车辆行驶到一定速度范围情况下的振动问题,从模态分析的角度进行研究。本文基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立24R21型子午线轮胎有限元模型,分析轮胎的自由模态与约束模态参数,分别得到了两种条件下轮胎结构各阶模态振型和固有频率,通过对比分析有限元仿真结果与轮胎发生振动的实际工况,探究了24R21型子午线轮胎引起车辆振动的原因。结果表明,轮胎振动时的外界激励频率与轮胎结构的一阶固有频率接近,导致轮胎结构在激励作用下产生了较大的响应,引起轮胎振动,进而引发了车辆振动;分析结果表明,本文采用的分析方法可以准确地预测轮胎引起的车辆振动问题,是轮胎设计的有效评价手段。
In this paper, the problem of the vibration of 24R21 radial tire in a certain speed range was analyzed from a modal analysis point of view.Based on the ABAQUS finite element analysis software, this paper built a 24R21 radial tire finite element model, analyzed the free modal and constrained modal parameters of the tire, obtained the modal shapes and natural frequencies of the tire under this two conditions, and explored the cause of the vehicle vibration caused by 24R21 radial tire by comparing the finite element analysis results with the actual tire vibration conditions.The research results showed that the frequency of the external action on the tire was close to the first natural frequency of the tire structure, which resulted a large response of the tire structure under the action, causing the tire vibration and vehicle vibration.It was found that the situation of vibration coused by tires could be accurately predicted, which was an effective evaluation method for tire design.
