雾化喷射干燥技术制备防老化天然干胶的性能

摘要 采用雾化喷射干燥技术进行制备防老天然干胶,并研究了防老干胶性能方面的特点。结果表明,通过Payne效应、扫描电镜、炭黑分散度等测试发现,添加了防老剂的雾化干胶,在高压作用下雾化,减少防老剂团聚,同时在压缩空气的作用下胶乳保护膜破裂,防老剂与胶乳进行二次分散结合,减少了后期防老剂在天然橡胶中的迁移和分散不均匀问题;雾化防老干胶较酸絮凝制备的干胶塑料保持率(PRI)提升了39.8%,撕裂强度提升了28.6%,抗张积提升了25.7%,滚动阻力提升了19.60%,老化变化率抗张积提升了46.4%。 In this paper, atomized spray drying technology was used to prepare anti-aging natural dry glue, and the performance characteristics of anti-aging dry glue were investigated experimentally.The results showed that the atomized dry glue with added antioxidant, atomized under high pressure, reduced antioxidant agglomeration by Payne effect.At the same time, under the action of compressed air, latex protective film rupture, and antioxidant and latex dispersed and combined for the second time, reducing the migration and dispersion of antioxidant in natural rubber at a later stage of the problem of non-uniformity.Compared to the dry glue prepared by acid flocculation, the PRI of the atomized antiaging dry glue, the tear strength and the tensile product were improved by 39.8%,28.6% and 25.7%,respectively.Rolling resistance performance was improved by 19.60%.The aging rate of change tensile product was improved by 46.4%.
