不同种类炭黑对人防门海绵橡胶性能的影响

摘要 以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作为橡胶主体材料,加入不同种类炭黑以及其他原料,通过热空气自由发泡,制备海绵橡胶。通过探讨不同种类炭黑在橡胶中的分散情况,以及对海绵橡胶硫化发泡特性、加工性能、物理性能的影响,结果表明,炭黑N550在橡胶中的分散效果最好,炭黑N120的分散效果较差;炭黑N550填充的海绵橡胶的硫化速率与发泡剂分解速率匹配较好,海绵橡胶密度小,发泡倍率大;炭黑N120的Payne效应最明显,海绵橡胶的力学性能最好。 In this paper, using EPDM as the matrix of rubber, adding different kinds of carbon black and other raw materials, through hot air free foaming, then foamed rubber was prepared.The paper explored the dispersion of different kinds of carbon black in rubber and the effect on foaming properties, processing properties and physical properties of foamed rubber.It was concluded that N550 had the best dispersion effect in rubber, while N120 had a poor dispersion effect.The vulcanization rate matched well with the decomposition rate of foaming agent by N550 filled foamed rubber, and the density of foamed rubber was small and the foaming rate was large.The Payne effect of N120 was the most obvious, and the mechanical properties of foamed rubber were the best.
